Fairly RELIABLE RUSTY was raised in Big Bear from a young age.   He’s available full-time for his clients sharing his knowledge of 30 plus years as a real estate broker in Big Bear Valley.  Cabins, mountain estates, commercial or building sites can be bought or sold through the professional services of Russell C. (Rusty) Barnes.  Rusty is a Big Bear Chamber of Commerce kind of guy eager to share the four seasons and 300 days of sunshine his home town offers. 

Rusty & Susie have been married 34 years.  Their two sons were born and raised in Big Bear.  Now they enjoy two grandsons growing up in this place they love.  Sailing, snow & water skiing and gardening are favorite pastimes.  Five generations of family members have enjoyed Big Bear with three still hitting the lake or slopes together each winter. 

Susie and Rusty own residential, commercial and development land from one end of Big Bear to the other.  They have owned and successfully operated businesses in the Village.  Community service has and always will be an integral part of their lives.   Rusty understands the local real estate market and will share his insights with inquiring buyers and sellers.   Why “fairly RELIABLE” you ask?  Rusty answers, “I believe in under promising and over providing.”  How many agents are advertise, “I’m the best…” or “I’ve sold more than anybody…” when what you’re looking for is good, straight answers and service when you ask for it and need it most.
